  • We only consider articles that are strictly related to the Health and Wellness niche.
  • The submission must be absolutely an original piece of work. It should not be published elsewhere once approved on our site without giving credit.
  • We will carefully check for plagiarism or any type of copyright infringement before approving your content. Make sure to do due diligence before submission to avoid your content from getting rejected.
  • In general, our posts are between 600 to 1,500 words in length. However, we are open to considering longer posts if the subject is good.
  • We encourage including the sources of health claims you have made within the article. For example, if you are mentioning any stats or studies in your content, make sure to include a link to the verified source/scientific journal.
  • If any pictures are to be included in the post, they must not have copyright restrictions. Hence, the use of free stock photos is encouraged.
  • An author bio and picture can be submitted along with the article (optional). If you want to submit your author bio, make sure to keep it crisp and to the point.
  • Not every submission can be promised to get published as quality is our top priority. We will be happy to evaluate your topic ideas and outlines before you begin writing.
